Our Talent Coordinator role is ideal for you if you have a keen eye for detail, are organised and enjoy seeing a task through to the end. The role supports and facilitates pre-employment checks for teachers, to work with our English Language Study Schools over Summer 2023. This is a great opportunity if you are looking to move into a recruitment-based position.

**Here’s what you’ll need to join our team as Talent Coordinator**:

- Lots of flexibility and organisation skills to manage varied workload with multiple, pressing deadlines
- Confidence, with a tenacious attitude as you will be chasing documents that are required to complete the hiring process
- Very keen eye for detail as you will be checking various UK and overseas documents to ensure the safe recruitment of our teaching and support staff, in line with regulatory processes
- Experience of pre-employment checking/onboarding and/or a knowledge of the Education sector would be great. This isn’t essential, as we will train you
