**Position**: Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN / RMN / RNLD Qualified )

**Hours**: Full time

**12 Hour Shifts**: Days or Nights or a Mixture available, Subject to availability. You can choose your shifts patterns

**Salary**: up to £23.02 per hour / £52,669 per year (based on 44 hours)

**Contract**: Permanent (12-hour shifts & Weekends on a rota basis)

**Responsibilities of the role**:

- Managing the nursing and wider team across the home
- Rota planning, Audits and working alongside the relevant authorities.
- Promote independence and choice through developing relationships with the residents and ensuring that physical, emotional and social needs are met.
- Work within the guidelines of the CQC and ensure that their key lines of enquiry are met on a daily basis.
- Offer support to guide and teach others in line with NMC code at all times.
- Ensure that medication is received, stored, administered, and ordered in line with legislation and company policy.

**Person specification**:

- Have a live, valid NMC PIN
- Have a genuine passion and motivation to work within the Care Sector
- All applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
- You will have strong communication and organisational skills.
- You will be reliable and punctual, trustworthy and honest.
