**Head of B2C Growth / Head of Acquisition will**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive B2C marketing strategies across multiple digital platforms such as; SEO, content, CRM, performance marketing, and social media to drive business expansion and increase revenue.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and target markets.
- Collaborate with teams, including marketing, sales, PPC, and operations teams, to align growth initiatives with overall business objectives and priorities.
- Manage and mentor a tightly knit but talented marketing team, fostering a high-performance culture and continuous growth.
- Regularly assess, monitor, and report on key performance indicators, including customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, and return on ad spend.
- Analyse data and provide insights to inform decision-making and optimize marketing efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in growth marketing.

**Head of B2C Growth / Head of Acquisition must have**:

- Proven experience working in glasses ecommerce must have.
- Proven experience as a Growth Marketer within a B2C scale up / start up environment.
- Demonstrated success in hands-on execution of marketing strategies, showcasing the ability to manage key marketing initiatives and campaigns directly.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques; experience with Google Analytics etc.
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple marketing initiatives and campaigns efficiently.
