**Accommodation Coordinator (Women’s RWC England 2025 LOC)**

FIXED-TERM CONTRACT UNTIL OCTOBER 2025

BASED IN WEBB ELLIS HOUSE, TWICKENHAM

Women’s Rugby World Cup England 2025 (Women’s RWC 2025) will be the 10th edition of the women's tournament. World Rugby, in partnership with the Rugby Football Union (RFU) and UK Sport, have formed a Local Operating Company to plan and deliver the event.

We are looking to appoint an **Accommodation Coordinator** based in London. The post holder will be a key member of the team that will be responsible for the planning, implementation and delivery, and all associated operations, policies and procedures of the accommodation functional area for the Rugby World Cup.

Reporting to the Senior Event Services Manager there will be a close working relationship with operations teams and client groups within the LOC and World Rugby EventsCo.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Develop functional area operating plans (FAOP) to provide guidance and detail for accommodation.
- Work with the accommodation agency(cies) to ensure the provision of accommodation for teams, match officials, guests and workforce in line with agreed service levels and budget.
- Working closely with Rugby & Team Services, manage the operations and accommodation rooming lists, schedules and assignments to deliver a seamless delivery throughout the Tournament period.
- Oversee the accommodation Functional Area budget.
- Monitor and manage milestones outlined in the tournament masterplan, ensuring all elements are met on time and to the desired standard, with risks identified and mitigated against and budgets carefully managed throughout.
- Work closely with key LOC and EventsCo staff, the leads in other key FAs, venues, hoteliers and contractors to ensure integrated planning and delivery.
- Provide the LOC and EventsCo management with updates in line with the Governance structures, including at Tournament Reviews, Board Meetings and assurance check points.
- Play a key role in identifying, and managing issues and queries during the planning and delivery of the tournament, supporting staff on the ground or from the Main Operations Centre, collating data and reports and escalating issues as needed.

**Experience & knowledge you’ll need**:

- Experience in event planning, a relevant qualification or other relevant experience in the accommodation sector.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple individuals across a varied portfolio of responsibilities.
- Track record in taking accountability for delivery against fixed timeframes and specific project deliverables.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills with a superior attention to detail;
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills;
**Nice to Haves**:

- Experience in a role within a major sporting event landscape that involved planning for the accommodation functional area.
- Demonstrable success in supporting senior leaders and providing managerial support and leadership to a team or workforce.
- Experience of managing external suppliers to deliver successful event operations.
