**About Our Client**:
The client is an old and well established not for profit organisation based in Twickenham, West London.

The key responsibilities will include but not be limited to
- Diary management
- Booking and arranging meetings for 2 leaders
- Arranging travel, accommodation and transfers
- Assist on projects and incentives
- Minute taking
- Organising events
- Ensuring your leaders have documentation needed for meetings
- Assisting preparing power point presentations
- Liaising with different departments and fellow EA's to coordinate events, meetings
- Deal with confidential issues

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Have strong Administration experience
- Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Have an excellent eye for detail
- A strong ability to prioritise
- Have a positive attitude and be resolution focused
- Be available to start immediately
