Here at Peabody, we have an opportunity for Project Officer - Sustainability on a 33 month fixed term contract at our Westminster Bridge Road office.
**A bit about the role**:
As a Project Officer - Sustainability, you will provide excellent front line customer service by working in partnership with internal and external stakeholders to ensure our customers’ needs are met and the departmental/team objectives are achieved.
Some of the key results for the role include:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support our customers
- Updating and maintaining systems/records to ensure that information/data is kept up to date and accurate and that KPI’s are met.
- Assisting in the procurement and management of all necessary external consultants and contractors to ensure effective delivery of projects, within budget and on programme
- Managing external relationships with key stakeholders, such as Local Authorities and suppliers, that builds trust and confidence in Peabody's Investment Team
- Attending the regular contract meetings and taking minutes, ensuring they are clear and provide a true, accurate reflection of the meeting and distribute accordingly.
This role will require a Standard DBS check.
