Our offerings include public dining and sightseeing cruises, as well as private charters for special events such as weddings, corporate gatherings, and birthday parties in London, Poole, and York.

The F&B Office Administrator will support Functions Manager/Head of Food &Beverage and the management team in ensuring that the team delivers fantastic customer experience to our customers by assisting with office administrative tasks. The F&B Office Administrator will be responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and support for not only F&B Manager but also general F&B operations.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Arrange the rota for the week ahead - obtaining agency staff as required.
- Ensure staffing levels are sufficient for upcoming guest numbers plus private hire. This will involve liaising with agencies as required
- Complete timesheets for employees and agency staff for functions and charters
- Finalize and submit to agency
- Check invoices for agency are correct
- Ensure supervisor hours are logged and accrued over the year - achieving an annualization of hours
- Troubleshoot problems as they arise
- Raising Purchase Orders through Procure Wizard
- Matching delivery notes to orders and processing invoices on Procure Wizard
- Assist with stock management process and reporting
- Assist Head of F&B with menus and new product execution
- Assist and support departmental managers with budget tracking, control and planning; maintain departmental reference documents
- Prepare weekly/monthly and other requested reports, presentations and other documentation as requested using MS Office.
- Diary management and general office administration
- Plan and organize management meetings, write meeting minutes, and distribute and archive.
- Assistance with any ad hoc tasks as requested by the Functions manger/Head of F&B

**REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS**
- Hospitality background with administrative skills and Epos knowledge
- Excellent systems and Microsoft Excel skills
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail, highly organized, pro-active, motivated, and able to work well under pressure and on own initiative.
- Competent trainer for other team members

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £26,500.00 per year
