**About Our Client**:

As the business continues to expand, they are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Assistant to join the team on a part time basis.
As an Office Assistant you will be responsible for:
- **Office Organisation**: Maintain a tidy and organised office space, order and manage office supplies, and assist in the coordination of office events or meetings.
- **Scheduling**: Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members.
- **Customer Service**: Serve as a point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
**The Successful Applicant**:
The successful Office Assistant will have:
- Proven experience as an office assistant, administrative assistant, or in a related role.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic knowledge of office equipment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented and thorough in completing tasks.
- Proactive and able to take initiative.
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability and flexibility to handle diverse tasks.
