Impact Recruitment are currently recruiting for multiple**Project Managers**for a market leading instalaltion company. In this exciting role you will be part of a dedicated technical support and project management team for a Northampton based company.

**Hours**:Monday - Friday Day hours

**Location**:Head office in Northampton

**Pay**:£30,000 - £35,000

**Responsibilities will be made up of both Project Management and Site Managment duties.**

**Project Management**
- Responsible for managing projects that come into the office
- Report to the different departments of the team on progress via weekly meetings
- Highlighting any foreseen challenges and plans to mitigate
- Have full responsibility for all technical queries
- Manage project protocol
- Communicate to clients and contractors
- Liaise internally and with the client to ensure that every project runs smoothly

**Site Management**
- To manage all sites within your area
- Visiting sites to survey before, during and upon completion of installation
- Management of sub-contractors
- To attend sign off meetings at site
- To ensure Method Statements, Risk Assessments and Site Visit Reports are completed
- Construction related project management experience
- Strong interpersonal and negotiating skills
- Organised with a structured approach
- Financially and commercially savvy
- Able to take ownership and multi-task, both in the office and on site
- Full UK driving licence
- Role is largely field based, with very occasional stopping away required
