- We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Northampton.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of construction projects, including estimating, cost planning, and contract administration.
- As a Quantity Surveyor, you will work closely with the project team to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the financial aspects of construction projects, including estimating, cost planning, and contract administration.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues.

Requirements:
- Professional qualification in Quantity Surveying (e.g. MRICS, MCIOB).
- Proven experience in quantity surveying, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
