**Job Summary**:
**Essential Duties**:

- Taking inbound calls within a fast-paced environment in a professional manner whilst maintaining a rapid response to agreed standards.
- Data inputting customer information onto systems - maintaining detailed and accurate records.
- Manage “In life” customer queries including customer service calls.
- Obtain authorisation as appropriate including policy checking and procurement of purchase order numbers.
- Communicate and liaise verbally and in writing.
- Invoice production.
- Any other ad hoc duties as required or necessary.

**Required Skills**:

- **Must have previous call centre experience.**:

- Experience within the glass replacement industry is desirable.
- Customer service skills are a must.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to remain calm in times of crisis.
- Positive attitude with the ability to work well as a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

**The successful applicant will be an enthusiastic person with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.**

**Job type**:Full Time, Permanent

**Hours**:40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, hours between 07:00 - 18:00 with rotational Saturdays 10:00-14:00 - currently 1 in 6)

**Location**: 6 Geoff Monk Way, Birstall, Leicestershire, LE4 3BU. **This position is fully office based.**
