Job Summary
Moog is recruiting for a Customer Support Administrator to join the Customer Fulfillment team at the Tewkesbury site of Moog Industrial Group on a temporary basis. The Customer Support Coordinator is responsible for the coordination, facilitation and execution of activities required for the Customer Fulfilment relationships with our customers.

The Customer Support Administrator will develop and maintain strong communication links with our customers, Moog subsidiaries and internally with Industrial Group departmental teams. The Customer Support Coordinator acts as a focal point for designated customers; ensuring their purchase order requirements are met and entered accurately across the relevant business systems, corresponding customer files and associated order documentation. Additional duties include conducting order/contract reviews and coordination of enquiries using the various business tools. i.e. MfgPro, SAP, CRM.

With excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and oral, the Customer Support Coordinator will promote Moog Industrial Group’s products and services to help achieve profitable and successful growth of the business in line with our Strategy plans.

Key Requirements
- The ideal applicant will have relevant experience in the Customer Service, Sales, Service provision environment, including significant and direct involvement with customers and service providers.
- Excellent people and communication skills is essential for success in this role.
- Some technical knowledge of Moog products and experience of business operations such as MRP is advantageous
- Strong understanding of business processes and IT skills.

- This role is working 37.5 hours per week Monday-Friday (start time between 7.30am and 9am).
