Have you worked as a Warehouse or Stores Coordinator and are looking for a new role? Are you well organised with strong admin and communication skills and confident in shop floor, stores / warehouse environment? Could you do a Stores Coordinator role formanufacturing business?
The role Involves:
**Responsibilities**:

- Taking delivery of Goods In checking the goods in terms of quality and quantity;
- Ensuring that the stock control within the warehouse is maintained and correct;
- Booking finished goods from shop floor into warehouse using Sage system;
- Transfers of goods into right location into warehouse and follow FIFO;
- Signing for and verifying delivery quantities;
- Updating stock received data sheets. Stock
- taking;
- Stock distribution to specific locations in production areas; Ensuring that material movement is done internally into shop floor locations;
- Monitoring stock levels and reporting delivery shortages to Production Management;
- Create delivery notes for deliveries as per customer requirements;
- Reporting issues, discrepancies from stores to Logistic Manager;
- Supporting customers with yearly stock take and stock related issues when required;
- Wrapping pallets and prepare goods for delivery;
- Keeping the warehouse tide, clean and safe.

Cadidate Advatageous Skills
- Experience in operating Stores area within an assembly production line environment;
- Experience in bookings/transfers of materials/Finished Goods using Sage;
- Previous experience in stores will be an advantage but not mandatory for the role;
- Forklift Truck licence required;
- Experience in Stores environment within the similar production environment;
