As part of our kitchen & bathroom contract support team, you will work alongside the team to plan and coordinate cyclical, planned and reactive maintenance. Your role will have a genuinely positive impact on the lives of thousands of people, fundamental in ensuring Bromford meets its regulatory commitments.

You will be handling customer calls; scheduling works using various systems, both proactively and reactively, ensuring all maintenance works are actioned and completed accordingly. You will be responsible for ensuring work is complete within agreed timescales, so you will need to find the most efficient and commercial way of doing this, identifying and highlighting any issues as they arise. You will gather customer insight to help provide excellent customer service. Working hard and smart to achieve personal and team targets, ensuring that we deliver our strategy with the customer at its heart.

**To be a successful service coordinator, we want you to**:

- Have experience in a customer focussed environment
- Demonstrate experience of coordinating engineers and subcontractors’ work
- Be an excellent communicator, able to communicate technical issues easily
- Have experience using Microsoft software and systems, such as Word and Excel
- Pride yourself on delivering an excellent customer service
- Have a meticulous eye for detail, be methodical and take ownership and pride in your work
- Be self-motivated and well organised, able to prioritise your workload and engineers’ diaries
- Be willing to work outside, sometimes beyond, standard working hours to ensure we meet customer expectations
