**The role**:

You will:
- support the Senior Digital Design Partner in both the administration of the Learning Management System (LMS) and the development of digital learning material.
- manage and maintain the LMS to ensure ease of use and encourage user engagement. This will include the upload of courses onto the LMS, reform as required and build pages on the LMS to house content.
- proactively seek to continuously improve data quality and integrity within the LMS.
- administer and produce reports for stakeholders on course participation and completion.
- respond to support and learning queries.
- participate in relevant user groups, forums, and committees in order to give and receive feedback, facilitate best practice and integration.
- maintain and update eLearning packages.
- create programs of learning and individual course pages to house content.
