An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Internal Sales Coordinator to join a well-established manufacturing organisation.

This is a key role within the sales and marketing team, dealing with all forms of customer communication, sales administration, quote chasing and lead qualification.

**The Role**

Reporting to the Marketing Manager you will be responsible for the following activities:

- Processing customer orders
- Understanding customers’ needs and quickly qualifying sales opportunities.
- Quotation preparation for portable gas detectors and spare requirements
- Following/Chasing opportunities and quotations created by Account Managers.
- Answering customers’ questions and liaising with Production, Technical, Account Managers & Aftercare teams so requests are processed efficiently.
- Working Hours Monday - Thursday 8:30am -5:00pm. Friday 8:30am - 2:00pm

**About You**
- You should have proven experience within a similar sales role, taking responsibility for the customer within IGD
- Experience in working with a CRM system
- Self-motivated with the ability to use own initiative
- Able to work to tight deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience in sales environment and KPIs

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

- B2B sales: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

- Driving Licence (preferred)
