Invoice & Warranty Administrator

**Job Description**:
This fantastic luxury car dealership is looking for an invoice and warranty administrator to join their thriving team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure that invoices and warranty claims are processed daily, accurately and in line with Company policies and procedures- Ensure that queries/rejections are cleared promptly- Maintain and file internal and customer invoices, warranty claims and invoices as required by the Company- Assist Vehicle Administrators in resolving invoicing errors as required- Ensure adequate stationery is maintained on site to ensure smooth running of the department- Assist the department when needed in answering the telephone within the target set by the Company to maintain a high standards of customer service- Attend training in house or externally as required to fulfil duties and to ensure skill is maintained in line with the job- Provide assistance to the General and line Managers as required to ensure smooth running of the departmentsSkills and Qualifications of a Invoicing & Warranty Administrator:
- Strong administrative background- Kerridge / CDK/ Drive / Keyloop experience essential- Microsoft Office experience essential- Experience in the motor trade essential- Technical knowledge of vehicles strongly preferred- Ability to work alone and part of team and to ensure great resultsSalary - £22,000pa - £24,000 DOE
Working Hours - Monday to Friday, 08.00 - 17.00
Location - Chelmsford
