Gastric Balloon Group is a leading private healthcare provider, specialising in non-surgical gastric balloon procedures for weight loss. The working location is a mix of office based from the Head Office in Edgbaston and working from home.

Our Patient Care Coordinators are responsible for responding to incoming enquiries about the gastric balloon with the objective of booking consultations and ultimately gastric balloon procedures. This is essentially a sales role with monthly targets, however our sales success is a product of excellent customer service and efficiency. This is not a hard sell environment and there are no cold calls.

**Key skills and experience required for this position**:

- Experience of working in a sales environment is desirable but not essential
- Excellent customer service
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Efficient management skills to manage a portfolio of patients
- Good attention to detail in administrative duties
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external contacts

WORKING HOURS: 40 hours per week. 9am to 5pm Monday - Friday (with one evening shift per week of 11am - 7pm) and occasional weekend shifts.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year
