Learning Solutions Consultant
**Job Purpose**
The Learning Solutions Consultant will support the Head of Learning Solutions in the development of all learning solutions to ensure that profitable growth is accelerated, and that commercial success is achieved.
**Responsibilities**
- Be up to date with the marketplace and trends in L&D solutions.
- Build rapport and credibility with key stakeholders (internally and externally).
- Delivery and facilitation in all learning environments (virtual, F2F, hybrid).
- Design of synchronous learning solutions in line with my client methodology.
- Support with asynchronous learning solutions.
- Consult, design and deliver on blended learning pathways.
- Support the Learning Solutions Developer with Learning Hub projects.
- Support clients with consultancy projects where appropriate.
- Support and deliver on product initiatives.
- Build relationships to support freelance associates.
- Attend and support associate events.
- Collaborate and partner on group projects and initiatives where appropriate.
- Support with evaluation data monitoring and insights to improve the my client offering.
- Role modelling of the my client values and vision.
- Quality assess design solutions where necessary.
- Meet Product KPIs on quality and level of design and delivery output
**Sales and Marketing Support**
- Support the sales team in their activities to identify blended and digital learning solutions including:Contributing to sales proposals and pitch documents
Designing and selecting appropriate learning solutions to meet client needs.
Co-delivering sales pitches for key opportunities.
- Embed OTS solutions as far as possible in our sales approach and processes.
- Support marketing team to implement solutions marketing and campaigns

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in L&D industry (design, delivery, consultancy)
- Industry qualifications advantageous e.g. CIPD, TAP
- Complying with processes and company rules
- Demonstrate agility, commitment and sharing.
- Representing the company externally e.g., at networking events, conferences, and exhibitions etc.
- Clear and timely communication with other my client group companies
**Salary**: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
