**Requirements**:
Working within our Technology Leadership Team and reporting to the CTO, Commify is now recruiting for a Head of Technology M&A to help deliver our strategic inorganic growth through M&A. You will be instrumental in helping to acquire and integrate high-performing businesses that complement our product and technology strategy. Your role is critical in supporting in-depth product and technology due diligence on potential M&A targets, working in close collaboration with the Chief Technology Officer and Chief Strategy Officer to balance risk and investment to successfully buy and then successfully integrate new businesses.

**Technology M&A Strategy**:Lead the Technology M&A strategy, along with supporting due diligence for potential M&A targets. Collaborate with the Product & Technology Leadership Team to ensure exhaustive diligence of the people & technology that results in a detailed report with clear recommendations and actionable insights.

**Integration Planning**: Develop and execute the technology integration plan post-acquisition. Create a detailed project plan to encompass all integration tasks and activities from a technical standpoint, ensuring an efficient integration process.

**Synergy Identification**:Find and leverage synergies and savings by integrating the technology and assets of the acquired entities with existing business assets. Analyse and implement cost-saving solutions that improve or remove risks from the target business.

**Value Creation Plan**:Actively contribute to the creation and execution of a value creation plan, aligning the technology strategy with business objectives to maximise the value from M&A activities.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders to facilitate effective due diligence, integration, and synergy realisation.

**Strategy Development**:Contribute to the company's product & technology strategy in M&A contexts, identifying growth opportunities through acquisitions.

**Risk Assessment**: Evaluate and manage technical risks associated with M&A targets and propose strategies and budgets for mitigation by working with the Technology Leadership Team.

**Project Management**: Manage integration projects to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion of all tasks.
