To work as part of the Change and Transformation to provide a comprehensive administrative service to the wider team, including Programme and Project Managers, Project Support Officers and Data Support Officers.

Supporting the team to provide a comprehensive secretarial and administration service always ensuring confidentiality and sensitivity to the highest standards.

**Activities could include**:
Efficient and effective diary management service and the co-ordination of diaries, as required

Plan and prioritise all correspondence, to optimise working patterns, for Programme Managers or groups/committees, guiding them to work in a more agile manner

Act as an ambassador for The Change and Transformation Team as being part of a team supporting identified colleagues or groups and ensuring professional standards and adaptable style of communication are demonstrated

Have a basic working knowledge of senior management structures and committees and their portfolios.

Assist the Programme and Project Team Managers to collate and coordinate information, and generate reports and formal documents using appropriate software with a high level of accuracy required

Contribute to the regular Team meetings / planning process and undertake a proactive approach in planning, and be responsible for organising multidisciplinary meetings, conferences and events as required, within own area of responsibility defined within work plan.

Contribute to an effective assurance system and shared information system with the team and wider teams where appropriate.

Support the data input to Programme Management systems and co-ordinate on behalf of Programme managers and/or groups

Co-ordinate travel and booking arrangements and associated expense management support for identified senior individuals or group
