**Position**: Business Support and Monitoring Officer

**Salary**: £24,702 per annum (level one) to £25,545 per annum (level four) pro rata for part-time

**Hours**: Permanent, full-time, 37 hours per week

**Key Requirements**:

- You will take charge of providing comprehensive business support managing multiple and competing priorities effectively.
- Raising orders and processing payments to ensure the smooth delivery of finance-dependant aspects of the service whilst also assisting with budget monitoring by tracking actual and projected expenditure.
- Assist in collating service data and undertaking a range of project work by effectively coordinating activities
- Maintaining project documentation whilst supporting the preparation of presentations, plans and reports ensuring accuracy and clarity.

Ideally you will have:

- Good written, verbal and interpersonal skills and the ability to write letters and produce reports
- Practical experience of IT Systems including a variety of software packages, the aptitude to learn new systems as required and an enthusiasm to maximise the use of IT systems to produce analysis and improve outcomes
- Experience of undertaking finance related tasks, for example raising orders, processing payments and tracking expenditure against a budget
