**Residential Support Worker** required to assist a residential home based in Worthing, West Sussex.

Our client provides residential services to adults aged 18 - 65 with Autism, Down Syndrome, Epilepsy and speech and hearing impairments. As the support worker you would focus on, encouraging independent living and being a caring and helpful support to the service users.

- Experience in support work
- Self-motivated individual with clear communication skills
- Enhanced Child and Adults DBS
- Understanding and patient character
- Be able to get to worthing by public transport or your own vehicle
