As Compliance and Quality Co-ordinator, you will play a pivotal role assisting in ensuring that our organisation adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance and policy programs to mitigate risk and promote ethical business practices. This role involves working closely with various departments to assess and improve existing processes and staying abreast of changes in relevant laws and regulations.

**Responsibilities**:
**POLICY DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION**
- Assist in Developing, reviewing, and updating organisational policies to align with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Implement policies across the organisation and communicate changes to relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure policies are easily accessible to all employees and provide necessary training on policy awareness.

**COMPLIANCE MONITORING**
- Establish and conduct regular compliance assessments to identify areas of potential risk.
- Monitor and analyse business activities to ensure adherence to CQC regulations.
- Undertake audits to assess and enhance compliance controls.
- Ensure all data, information and statutory records are held accurately and available as required.
- Travel to all sites to monitor and audit compliance.
- Identify trends that may lead to non-compliance.

**TRAINING**
- Develop and deliver compliance training programs to employees.
- Foster a culture of compliance awareness and ethical behaviour within the organisation.

**GENERAL**
- Be proficient in the use of Microsoft excel.
- Able to deliver presentations.
- Produce monthly governance reports.
- You will have proven experience in compliance and policy development.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with all Stakeholders.
- You should be detail-oriented with strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.

This role will be based at our Whiteley office and is for 20 hours per week to be worked Monday to Friday.

**STATUTORY AND MANDATORY TRAINING**

Meon Health Practice will assess the requirements for Statutory and Mandatory training for all new staff prior to commencement and aims to ensure that all Statutory and Mandatory training requirements are completed during the first 2 weeks of commencement.
