Are you passionate about the intersection of architecture and business development? Do you thrive in a dynamic and creative environment? We are currently recruiting for a highly motivated and organised individual to join as a New Business/Bid Coordinator.

This role will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and success of the business through effective coordination of business development initiatives and bids.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement business development strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials and presentations.
- Coordinate the preparation and submission of bids and proposals.
- Work closely with project teams to gather necessary information for bid responses.
- Ensure compliance with bid requirements and deadlines.
- Manage bid documentation and maintain an organised database of bid materials.
- Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
- Identify and attend relevant business development meetings and forums.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the firm's online and offline presence.
- Support the development and maintenance of positive client relationships.
- Gather feedback from clients and use it to improve service delivery.
- Assist in preparing reports on client satisfaction and project performance.

Essential skills for the role:

- Proven experience in business development and bid coordination within the architectural or construction industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and project management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
