**New Business Development Executive**
As a Telecoms New Business Executive, you will be working directly with the Director to generate new business leads, grow the sales pipeline and close new business sales.
You’ll be expected to generate new leads in the field and close new monthly business on occasions, we would also expect you to develop relationships, contacts and networks.
Package: Base £24,000 to £28,000 Attractive performance-based commission structure with OTE uncapped plus car allowance and mileage
**Key responsibilities for this job**:
- Self-Starter, Lead sourcing/generating new business leads.
- To ensure sales targets are achieved or a Monthly, Quarterly and Annual basis
- Monthly Target £12,00-£15,000 per month Contract Value
- Attending networking events to generate new sales which at times may include activities outside of normal work hours
- Establish, develop, and bring on new accounts to manage.
**Knowledge and experience required**:
- Consistent new business sales record within the cloud, telecom systems
- Knowledge of cloud, data, voice, connectivity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, with the ability to 'win trust', selling on the quality and integrity of Urbancoms
- An ambitious, and aspirational mind-set
- Experienced selling into the SME / Mid market
- Must be driven, self-motivated and disciplined
- Good presentation skills
- Potential to develop a team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Committed, engaged, and responsible when dealing with customers
- Eager to learn and develop
- Professional manner and attention to detail
- Sales: 2 years
- Highly Organised
- Relevant Sales Experience
- Full Knowledge of Cloud Based Hosted telephony, Broadband, Fibre Ethernet
- Business Mobiles
