Programmatic Executive

**Overview of role**

The recently created BU3 Digital Centre of Excellence is a market leading digital planning and buying team, and we are looking for a Programmatic Executive to join us We look after a range of big clients at the forefront of the Digital ecosystem including Cancer Research UK, Richemont, Indeed, Innocent, Coca-Cola, Money Supermarket, Evri (previously Hermes) and Kenneth Green Associates.

Working across display media platforms, the Programmatic Executive will be planning and activating campaigns across the digital ecosystem. You will get exposed to a diverse set of clients with individual KPIs while simultaneously becoming an expert in the most effective media buying within Display.

Within the BU3 Digital Centre of Excellence, we are building an ethos of innovation, exploration, and specialism - accelerating our clients and advising them on how to win in their fastest growing channel. You will be supported by our dedicated people team and the broader MediaCom and GroupM community to develop your skills and grow in the most dynamic area of media.

**Measures of success**

**In three months, you would have**:

- Understood how the work flows through the team and the processes in place
- Attended training on platforms and understand the functionality of each including DV360, Quantcast, and TTD.
- Met media owners and platform representatives to build strong relationships with each
- Begun to understand the nuances and history of each client that you work on
- Completed the mandatory training from MediaCom and GroupM

**In six months, you would have**:

- Successfully planned and delivered campaigns that deliver against KPIs
- Understood reports and built a commentary around the data
- Built campaigns across several platforms under the guidance of the senior team
- Worked with the team to troubleshoot issues in campaigns
- Mastered processes and compliance for clients including finance processes, creative supply, and best practice
- Taken accountability of tasks and worked with manager on priority list
- Agreed your growth KPIs with your manager

**In 12 months, you would have**:

- Created plans for large campaigns that deliver on the strategy for brands
- Taken the lead in status meetings with the client, demonstrating organisation and leadership
- Analysed data from numerous sources to build relevant insights for campaigns
- Built presentations and supported the Account Manager and Account Director in delivering material to clients and internal stakeholders
- Completed certification in all platforms
- Contributed to planning sprints and innovation stretches, bringing fresh ideas and insights
- Built networks within the BU3 Digital Centre of Excellence and wider MediaCom

**Responsibilities of the role**
- Oversee designated campaigns and strategies across platforms
- Completion of training in all platforms with accreditation and access for hands-on setup and optimisation recommendations
- Creation of line-by-line plans and insights with slide generation for one-pagers (RTBs)
- Execution of the display strategy in platforms from planning through setup to optimisation and insight gathering
- Working with Ops and Tech to deliver and reconcile campaigns in line with the agreed process and approved plan
- Assisting in the delivery of Test and Learn strategies
- Learning and building a POV around inventory management and platform recommendations
- Attend training to build capabilities within display platforms and other analytics tools

- Can prepare PowerPoint presentations to the required standard (including key insights and recommendations) for campaigns
- Ability to present information effectively via a conference call or face-to-face meetings with clients and other stakeholders
- Open and responsive to receiving help and information
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when carrying out work
