Senior Programmatic Executive

**Overview of role
**We are looking for a**
**Senior**
**Programmatic**
**Executive**
**to join our growing Programmatic Services team based**
**in either the**
**Essence**
**Mediacom**
**Manchester or London**
**office. The role reports into the Programmatic Account Director, with the responsibility of supporting the Programmatic team including**
**the**
**Programmatic Account Manager with the activation, campaign management and reporting of clients who are utilising our internal Programmatic service.**

**The scope of the role will include supporting with the campaign set up, optimisation and data analysis of clients utilising our internal Programmatic service, whilst ensuring campaign admin such as optimisation logs and client reports are filled in timely and to a high standard.**

**The role will involve you learning to use various DSPs such as DV360, Xandr, The Trade Desk, Teads Ad Manager and Amazon**
**DSP.**

**Reporting of the role**

The role reports into the Programmatic Associate Director, with the responsibility of supporting the Sky Programmatic team.

**Measures of success**

**In three months, you would have**:

- Renew certificates and have introductions with our core tech partners included, but not limited to, DV360 (Google), Amazon DSP & Xandr. Be fully competent across our core DSP’s & tech stack.
- Completed industry training that is led by GroupM & EssenceMediaCom.
- Leading our weekly reporting requirements and assisting our programmatic executive.
- Successfully managing our end-to-end smaller sized Programmatic client campaign independently and supported on mid-larger size campaigns with Account Manger & Director.

**In six months, you would have**:

- Be fully competent across core DSP’s & tech stack.
- Lead on campaign activation for our mid-sized campaigns from end to end
- Support on larger, top priority campaigns across the Sky portfolio.
- Assist on Sky’s programmatic strategy & recommendations

**In 12 months, you would**:

- Lead on campaign activation for our larger, top priority campaigns across the Sky portfolio
- Be a key go to person for the Digital Planning team & junior members of the Programmatic team

**Responsibilities of the role**
- Support the team the campaign set up, optimisation and data analysis of our clients.
- Regularly optimise client campaigns to deliver outstanding results.
- Regularly produce optimisation and client reports on performance.
- Ensure programmatic best practice is followed across all campaigns.

**What you will need**
- An excellent understanding of Microsoft office including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent analytical skills and comfortable working with data.
- A 2:1 degree or higher preferred but not a hard requirement.
