**Position: Claims Associate - Customer Service Advisor**

**Location: Glasgow - office based**

**Salary: £23,000 pa**

**Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday (NO WEEKENDS)**

**Contract: Permanent**

The job of a Claims Associate will involve the following main duties:

- Setting up new insurance claims
- Completing initial conversations with policy holders to understand the details of their claim
- Using the latest video technology to access customer properties to assess damage
- Appointing property adjusters
- Reviewing site packs as they return from policy holders’ properties
- Any additional tasks to ensure an excellent customer journey
- Previous customer service experience
- Exceptional Customer service ethics
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to problem solve
- Able to process information accurately and make decisions
- Self-motivated and conscientious with ability to work under your own initiative
- Hard working to achieve results
- Flexible and adaptable during times of surges
