Spectrum IT's global client based in London are looking to recruit a **Contract Atlassian Business Systems Analyst** to join them on an initial 6 month contract OUTSIDE IR35. The aim of this role is to play a key part in the ongoing AtlassianCloud Migration, preparing and focusing on optimisation/savings. This will be based out of their London office with hybrid working onsite 1-2 days per week.

As the Contract Atlassian Business Systems Analyst you will focus on the Atlassian Cloud migration project to support the move of JIRA, JIRA Service Desk and Confluence to Atlassian Cloud ahead of the Atlassian 2024 plans to end server product offering.

You will work with business stakeholders, project managers and technical resources to assess the current use of Atlassian products, including plugins, and prepare the environment for a successful migration to Cloud. You will look at the systems use and potentialareas for cost saving. You will also focus on creating clear communication of business needs and requirements between all parties in order to successfully complete the migration project.

**The Role**:

- Analysing current use of **JIRA software**, **JIRA Service Desk** and **Confluence** including plugins.
- Identify opportunities for utilising new cloud functionality and reducing unused features and licenses.
- Prepare the current **Atlassian environment** for simplified migration to cloud.
- Support the **RFP process for Atlassian cloud migration**.
- Ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements with technical and business audiences.
- Ability to facilitate workshops in order to influence and establish consensus amongst stakeholders with diverse expectations and needs.
- Developing successful partnerships and productive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Significant experience with **Atlassian products: JIRA, JIRA Service Desk and Confluence**.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills and good attention to detail.
- Ability to develop relationships and positively influence key partners across locations and functions.
- Experience of working effectively in a team with a collaborative approach.
- Ability to express ideas and messages clearly, both written and verbally
