Our esteemed FinTech client is currently seeking an Atlassian Subject Matter Expert (SME) to spearhead crucial automation initiatives. This position entails evaluating business processes to pinpoint opportunities for automation and collaborating with various teams to tailor solutions to their specific needs.


To excel in this role, candidates should possess proficiency in Atlassian products such as Jira and Confluence, as well as experience in crafting automations using iPaaS platforms (like Tines, Workato, Informatica, Mulesoft, Zapier, Tray.io, UiPath etc)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess existing business processes to identify areas for automation
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to understand process requirements and customize automation solutions
  • Enhance current automations for improved efficiency and reliability
  • Design and implement end-to-end automation solutions utilizing tools like Tines, Jira, Retool, Slack, and others
  • Utilize API integration expertise to streamline data flow between disparate systems
  • Configure SaaS platforms including Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, OpsGenie, StatusPage), Zendesk, HR Tech, and FinTech platforms for enhanced productivity
  • Provide expert guidance and support to team members on business systems solutions
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for automated processes and workflows
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in process automation


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in building automations using iPaaS platforms
  • Familiarity with Atlassian suite and other relevant software products
  • Exposure to diverse third-party SaaS platforms across various departments
  • Ability to deliver solutions promptly while ensuring scalability and compliance
  • Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in analyzing complex processes
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality automation solutions


Education & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in process automation with a focus on integrating multiple SaaS platforms using APIs
  • Proficiency in scripting languages like Python and JavaScript for custom automation
  • Sound understanding of RESTful and SOAP APIs
  • Expertise in Atlassian suite is highly desirable
