**The Role**:
To provide the Payroll Department with routine Clerical support.

Opening and Date stamping all Internal and External mail.

Entering personal pay numbers on all mail and sorting into sections before passing to Team Leaders, Deputy Payroll Manager or Payroll Services Manager as appropriate.

All filing or scanning of data after Payroll staff have finished processing.

**What we'll need you to bring**:

- Knowledge & Experience
- Educated to Standard grade or previous office experience
- Basic computer skills
- Flexible approach to meet the need of service
- Willingness to undergo further training
- Understand need for complete confidentiality

**It would be great if you also have**:

- Previous clerical support in an office environment
- Payroll processing knowledge, preferably in an NHS environment

**Contract type**:
Permanent

Full time

37.5 hours

**Location and Working Pattern**:
This role will be based in Payroll within Kirklands

The working pattern for this role Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm
