The Role:
The Car Lease / Payroll Support will source and manage the provision of leased vehicles to approximately 1200 NHS employees throughout the Lanarkshire area, manage the provision of payments of Course Fees and be responsible for lease car administration for approximately 1200 cars.

What we'll need you to bring:
- Car Lease Operations experience
- Working Knowledge of Insurance Industry processes
- Customer Care Services Training
- Educated to at least Standard English and Maths.
- P.C. experience and problem solving skills
- Good communication/Interpersonal skills
- Able to use initiative and prioritise workload
- Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining high standards of accuracy.
- Ability to handle all information in a confidential manner and respond to queries with tact and diplomacy.
- Ability and willingness to undergo further training as necessary.
- Flexable approach to meet the need of the service.
- Problem solving skills.

Location and Working Pattern:
This role will be based in the payroll dept. within Kirklands - NHSL Headquarters
The working pattern for this role: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
