Events Delegate Coordinator

We are currently recruiting for an Events Registration Coordinator for a creative and dynamic marketing company based in SE1 Waterloo area.Lovely modern offices with a buzzy environment. Great benefits
Hybrid role - 3 in office/ 2 remote
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Working closely with the events teams
- Be the client’s daily point of contact in the support of the business
- Manage a dedicated inbox for customers, ensuring customer service levels and service level agreements are maintained at all times
- Monitoring various memberships, programs, audit trackers and reports
- Managing corrections, updates, processes, and escalations when required
- Collaborate the wider company, including global associates
- Project manage internal & external requirements within timelines
- Provide regular updates to the contact centre and wider team on any changes in information
- Arrange daily call backs for new registrations for hotel reservations for required conferences
**Essential**:
- Demonstrate strong and effective communication skills
- Strong telephone skills with the ability to handle difficult conversations and queries
- Can multi-task and manage time to include managing concurrent tasks efficiently
- Proven project management skills
- Detail oriented with strong organisational skills
- Experience in supporting or managing client projects with over 500 attendees
- Ability to work with client/s, co-workers and vendors in multiple locations and time zones
- Strong overall Microsoft Office and G-Suite skills, especially Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience working in an event planning environment
**Highly Desirable**:
- A good level of IT skills including working on databases and comfortable working in multiple technical environments
- Fluency or working knowledge of another European language would be desirable
- Exoperience within a marketing and events agency would be an advantage
