**CARE PROFESSIONAL - Enhancing lives.**

The role of a Care Professional is to achieve the **highest quality of life** for the older members of our community. This means providing basic care but also encouraging activities to keep people **active, engaged, and confident**.

**As Care Professionals we receive**:

- £200 welcome onboarding payment for training
- Competitive rates of pay £11.10 - £15.80 per hour.
- Weekend rate £12.00 per hour

As Care Professionals we spend time with our clients finding out what their dreams and wishes are. We visit regular clients at a regular time each day for **no less than 1 hour on each visit**, giving us enough time to have a heart-to-heart chat and make a real difference to their lives.

Morning and afternoon working patterns available.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in supporting an older person in a personal capacity is ideal.
- You will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on finding creative ways to improve a person's life.
- You will be reliable, trustworthy, compassionate and respectful.
- Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English.
- Available to work every other weekend is a must.
- Driving Licence desired to work surrounding areas.
