Administration of Medication to service users
- Leading, directing and managing of staff if running the shift including responding to emergencies.
- Provide personal care such as washing, bathing, dressing, feeding and toileting assistance to the Service Users and will undertake manual handling duties as required.
- Access and update confidential records using a computer. Maintain necessary records such as Service Users care plans, and contribute to reviews of customers' needs as directed.
- Work with the Activities Co-ordinator to encourage the Service Users to take part in organised activities and one to one support.
- Liaise with other professionals such as GP’s Social workers and families.

Senior Night Health Care Assistant only

*You will be expected to stay awake and not leave the building when you are on duty.

*To carry out security checks to maintain the wellbeing and safety of the Service users

**Experience**:

- providing care: 2 years (required)
- supervisory: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
- NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care (required)

Ability to Commute:
