We have an exciting opportunity in the Department of Psychology for an Administration Assistant.
Reporting to and working with the Senior Student Experience Officer, the Administration Assistant is responsible for the smooth running of the departmental office, as well as working with the team to maintain high levels of student satisfaction.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to provide a welcoming customer focused, professional reception service, dealing with a range of enquiries from staff, students and visitors and provide administrative support to the administration team for the Department of Psychology. You will be the first point of contact for staff, students and visitors to the Department and will offer guidance or signpost them to the most appropriate service.
You will have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, IT skills, have previous work experience and be able to work as part of a team.

Due to the nature of this role, there is an expectation that this role is face to face, 100% based on campus.
