As the Course Coordinator, you will be responsible for day-to-day course delivery across all Barbri products and assessments. This will also include the management and development of the online delivery system.

**Position Responsibilities**
- Ensuring accurate information is delivered to all course delegates in a timely and accurate manner.
- Liaising with trainers and venues as required.
- Assist with the creation of student scheduling. Acknowledge and process any student requests and amendments accordingly.
- Manage the Online delivery of courses and take full responsibility for the tasks involved in these courses, including; pre-course administration; course material update; student & trainer queries; technical set up; hosting and resolving technical issues and queries during each session. This occasionally may involve early starts or late evenings depending on the session timings.
- Identifying and obtaining course materials and supplies.
- Reviewing programme feedback, highlighting positive and negative trends and distributing to relevant parties e.g. trainers etc.
- Ensuring systems and student contact areas are correct and up-to-date, this may involve manual data entry tasks.

**Qualifications and experience**
- Min. 2 years of experience in Customer Service environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to communicate key messages to our customer
- Ability to communicate at a professional level
- Planning/organising—the individual prioritises and plans work activities, uses time efficiently and develops realistic action plans.
- Adaptability—adapts to changes in the work environment, manages competing demands and is able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events.
- Problem solving—identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner and gathers and analyses information skilfully
- Ability to respond to common queries or complaints from customers, faculty, or members of the legal community.
- Ability to work well in groups and across functions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Computer Skills**:
Experience of managing or operating a LMS and CRM system is preferred.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

COVID-19 considerations:
At BARBRI we have adopted a hybrid working environment. All members of staff are required to work in the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and from home the rest of the week. This will be continuously.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cardiff CF10 3DP: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
