**Operations Administrator**

**Location: Cardiff, Wales**

**Type: Full time, Permanent**

Are you organised, self-motivated, and ready to take on a diverse range of tasks in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for an Operations Administrator to join our clients team and play a central role in maintaining the smooth running of their Operations Department.

**‘Operations Administrator’ Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with contractors and service providers for necessary repairs and services
- Schedule and administer training for warehouse staff
- Maintain internal training records and circulate training matrices
- Handle delivery note processing and transfers
- Manage stock levels of kitchen, stationary, and first aid supplies
- Take notes at Operations Management and Leadership meetings, circulate agenda and minutes
- Conduct inductions for new staff members and contractors
- Manage shift rotas and distribute them accordingly
- Collaborate with HR and other departments for company events and activities
- Coordinate equipment orders and issue personal protective equipment
- Assist in invoicing and purchase ledger activities
- Carry out repairs on têxtile and soft goods inventory
- Run sub-hire reports and liaise with suppliers for equipment returns and queries
- Assist in equipment searches and obtaining quotes

**‘Operations Administrator’ Key Skills**:

- Experience working in an Administrative post, ideally within an inventory based organisation (not essential)
- Organised and self-motivated with experience working in a fast paced environment
- Ability to learn inventory tracking systems
- Proficient in note taking and meeting documentation
- Strong communication skills for internal and external interactions
- IT literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Willingness to work both in the office and warehouse environments
- Ideally, previous experience with invoicing and purchase ledger activities

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

- Working in an inventory based company: 5 years (preferred)
- Supporting Operations and Senior Management: 5 years (preferred)
