**What we offer**:

- Salary: £60,000 - £75,000
- Shares worth 10% of base salary
- Office in London Victoria or Brighton - hybrid working available.

**What the Content Lead will be doing**:
We're looking for a content and comms lead to develop Floww's engagement with the private market community and establish our voice as a thought leader. This role will be pivotal in developing our brand fame, salience, awareness and consideration. You'll lead the execution of across PR, social, own-articles, video, podcasts, whitepapers and reports.
- Create and execute a content marketing strategy to generate compelling content to increase brand awareness, drive leads and help establish our position as a thought leader in the market.
- Act as editor-in-chief, overseeing the editorial calendar and developing stylistic standards, including voice and tone guidelines.
- Experiment with the channels and content types we produce to meet our audience where they are, taking creative risks to find new ways to connect with our users.
- Where relevant optimize content for search engines, incorporating relevant keywords and utilizing SEO best practices to improve organic visibility and drive traffic.
- Authentically build a large influencer network alongside the wider marketing and partnerships team; putting Floww into the heart of the conversations so that others are telling the Floww story.
- Use data and analytics to measure KPIs and help guide and evaluate the effectiveness of strategic content initiatives and campaigns.
- Work closely with, contractors, and agency partners to produce consistently excellent work.

**What we need to see from you**:

- You have 5+ years of content marketing or publishing experience.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills.
- A deep interest in innovation and knowledge of the equity fundraising environment.
- Demonstrated experience in driving press coverage and earned media.
