Primarily supporting care settings, such as Nursing/Residential homes, Learning Disability/Supported Living environments, we work towards developing collaborative relationships with our clients.
Due to high levels of growth, we have an **exciting opportunity for a driven individual to join our Cornwall Team in the role of Healthcare Coordinator, based in our office in Cornwall.**
**On a daily basis you will be expected to**:
- Build rapport and gain trust from existing clients through a proactive approach to relationship development
- Manage live bookings, making sure every client receives the best possible level of customer service
- Support new staff through the recruitment journey
- Arrange staff training days for staff
- Identify new client opportunities, booking meetings for the Branch Manager.

- The ability to work quickly, accurately, and consistently under pressure
- Target driven, with a proven track record of exceeding KPI's
- Organised, with a strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal English Skills
- Personable individual, who enjoys developing relationships with both staff and clients
