**Marketing Manager**

**Salary range: £35,000 - £45,000**

**Location: Remote (with termly visits to the Birmingham office)**

Bell Cornwall Recruitment are excited to be recruiting for a Salesforce Pardot Expert/Marketing Manager for an exciting educational platform with an international reach. Their educational courses mostly cater to school children but are now expanding to focus on adults.

**The duties of this role are**:

- Contribute to the company’s marketing strategy across markets
- Develop, implement and report on multi-channel (digital-first but with traditional elements where appropriate) campaigns that generate demo bookings
- Improve customer retention
- General line management of junior staff
- Develop the team’s use of Salesforce and Pardot to create trackable, automated and engaging campaigns that generate and nurture leads

**Essential skills required**:

- Vast experience and familiarity with Pardot
- All round experience with a digital-first approach that understands how to weave in traditional tactics appropriately to achieve outstanding results
- Working on organic and paid social media (creating ads and briefing the design team), creating copy and managing budgets.
- Able to create brand stories using multi-media content for a range of channels - case studies, blogs, thought leadership, press and PR through written, video, audio and visual tools.
- Stakeholder management experience
- Able to build positive relationships
- An interest in the education or tech sphere
- Experience in PPC
