Performance Marketing Manager

Our marketing team plays a crucial role in achieving our growth targets and reducing customer churn by providing valuable interactions.
We are looking for a technically skilled and creative Performance Marketing Manager to join our team and help us optimise our marketing efforts.
Responsibilities Plan, execute and measure performance-based marketing strategies and campaigns, tailoring them to different target audiences and optimising based on performance data.
Create and manage paid digital advertising and retargeting campaigns across a range of platforms, for example Google Ads, Microsoft Bing Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, driving down CPA and maximising ROAS.
Analyse campaign performance against KPIs, utilising tools such as Google Analytics.
Take a data-driven approach to decision making to improve campaign performance, using tactics such as A/B testing, UX enhancements, UTM tracking, personalisation, retargeting, heatmaps and Hotjar recordings.
Develop and implement technical and content-driven SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
Work cross-functionally to develop multimedia marketing materials, including but not limited to success stories, advertorials, website content, video content briefs, product launch campaigns.
Liaise with sales, success and product teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals and obtain market feedback.
Manage an external digital marketing agency in the technical implementation and refinement of Google Tag Manager, GA4, marketing pixels and other tracking tags.
Contribute to developing and managing marketing attribution models using Salesforce and Pardot to understand the impact of different campaigns on lead generation.
Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in performance marketing, making recommendations to the business as technology evolves.
Skills and experience required Advanced knowledge of: Advertising platforms, including as Google Ads, Microsoft Bing Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, YouTube advertising Google Analytics 4 UTM parameters for tracking campaign performance SEO and SEM strategies and tools such as SEMRush CRM marketing and automation Reporting and data analysis Copywriting Conversion rate optimisation Microsoft Office, especially Excel Agile and fast-paced Ability to technically brief and manage an external digital marketing agency Proficient with: Google Tag Manager, including containers, tags, triggers, variable, data layers Working with marketing attribution models Other marketing tracking mechanisms, such as pixels and tags GDPR and cookies Email marketing Communication skills and stakeholder management Great to have knowledge of: HTML, CSS, JavaScript Hotjar Power BI Salesforce Pardot (Salesforce Account Engagement) Working with marketing attribution models
