This role forms part of the Engagement & Learning Team who are responsible for learning, engagement and internal communications for the business. - Assisting with all elements of event co-ordination for Learning, Engagement & Internal Communications. This would include promotion of learning & engagement events, arranging hospitality, room layout and equipment, liaising with trainers/partners, booking rooms, printing and distributing course materials and ensuring required equipment is available and in working order.
- Developing and maintaining accurate and easily accessible records for all events and through this, supporting the provision of management information and budget tracking.
- Assisting with the evaluation of learning initiatives for example, ensuring evaluation forms are completed and returned following learning events and interpreting results.
- Registering colleagues for external courses and qualifications
- Developing and maintaining positive, collaborative working relationships with all colleagues to sustain the reputation of the People & Culture team as a customer focused function.

We would love to hear from you if you have:

- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Previous experience working in a fast paced, customer focussed environment.
- Experience of data analysis and information reporting
- Experience of providing support to meetings and events to enable them to run effectively.
- Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
