This is a 12 MONTHS FIXED TERM Contract role

Role Purpose

The Marketing Partnerships team is the fastest growing team within IG Marketing and the Partnership channels that they cover (Affiliate, Influencer, RAF, Brand Partnerships) are pivotal growth levers for the business.

As a Referral Marketing Lead you will be leading the development and implementation of the channel strategy for Refer a Friend globally, with the explicit aim of acquiring new clients and driving revenue growth

You will also be supporting the development and implementation of the Affiliate strategy

What you’ll do
- Lead the development and implementation of the channel strategy for Refer a Friend globally, with the explicit aim of acquiring new clients and driving revenue growth
- Manage a roadmap of initiatives to enhance the RAF programme globally
- Support the development and implementation of the channel strategy for Affiliates globally
- Support the local marketing teams to implement the channel strategies and best practices
- Support the updating and development of legal and compliance frameworks to meet the requirement of regulators
- Manage third party suppliers and exploit opportunities to enhance the RAF channel with technical developments
- Provide training, guidance, and support to our global teams; including Partnership team, local and regional stakeholders, to ensure successful execution against this strategy
- Drive continual improvements in performance, efficiency, and workflows, supported by operational analytics in your capabilities

- Hands-on manager with a strong understanding of referral marketing (Refer a Friend and Affiliates)
- Commercially minded with strong business development and a proven record in exceeding targets
- Exceptional analytical skills: able to interpret and report on performance from multiple sources and be able to use data to drive decision-making.
- Experience with using PowerBI or SQL to manage and analyze large datasets.
- Experience managing and using content compliance management systems such as Brandverity or Rightlander
- Experience in managing and developing senior level relationships on a global level.
- A strong communicator able to set goals, lead and influence others.
- Experience in identifying and preventing fraudulent activities in refer-a-friend or affiliate programs.
- A good understanding of the wider Partnership landscape; Influencers and Brand Partnerships
- A leader with a growth mindset and the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills with experience in managing channel strategies and roadmaps to drive customer and revenue growth.
- A proactive, solution oriented, self-starter able to think strategically, lead and collaborate in the ideation and implementation of optimization strategies.
