Sales and Marketing Executive

Our client is seeking a talented and dynamic Marketing, Social Sales, and Lead Generation Specialist to join their team. This multifaceted role is crucial to the company's growth, as it involves the creation and execution of marketing strategies, driving sales initiatives, generating high-quality leads, and leveraging social media and social selling techniques to expand their customer base. Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy and Execution:
- Devise robust marketing and social selling strategies aimed at driving sales leads and boosting visibility for their digital products.
- Craft compelling marketing communications and execute targeted campaigns to promote B2B virtual roundtable products, employing a mix of email, phone outreach, and social media.
- Nurturing prospects via email and phone – confident engaging with senior executives.
2. Social Media Engagement:
- Create and maintain an active and engaging social media presence.
- Monitor social presence of key customers and prospects.
- Utilize social media outreach, advertising, and sponsored content to expand reach, attract and engage with potential customers.
3. Sales and Customer Engagement:
- Identify potential customers on social media, reach out, and effectively present their offerings. Arrange appointments for the sales team to follow up.
- Cultivate and sustain robust customer relationships using social selling techniques.
- Address customer inquiries on social media platforms and offer product/service information.
- Oversee the recruitment cycle for virtual roundtable attendees, from initial contact to registration.
4. Lead Generation:
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies incorporating social media tactics to attract potential customers. Qualify leads based on their readiness to make a purchase.
- Sustain a strong lead generation pipeline by consistently identifying and nurturing leads.
- Work with marketing and sales teams to devise lead generation campaigns and content, emphasizing social media.
5. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Generate regular reports on social media KPIs, performance of marketing campaigns and offer insights for decision-making.
- Utilize CRM software and other tools to manage leads, sales opportunities, and customer interactions.
- Continuously monitor campaign effectiveness and adjusting for optimal performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, sales, and lead generation roles, with a strong emphasis on social media and social selling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to communicate confidently with senior executives
- Proficiency in using CRM software, marketing tools, and social media management platforms.
- Analytical mindset and the ability to use social media data for informed decision-making.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
This is a hybrid role; candidate must be able to commute to their office in London, 2 days a week. The role offers a competitive salary, and benefits such as a contributory pension scheme.
