Oxford, United Kingdom Connection Support Full time

**Job Title**: Service Delivery Lead

**Location**: Contracted to Oxford office but travel to other locations is required.

**Salary**: £33,570 - £37,179, dependent on experience.

**Job Type**: Hybrid.

**Working Hours**: 37.5 hours per week.

**Are you the type of person who likes to look for unusual solutions to problems, and understands how technology can support organisations to grow?**

At Connection Support, our team of staff members and volunteers work alongside people to overcome life's challenges, with the goals of solving homelessness and achieving independence. We do this through our values of empowerment, collaboration, compassion and taking a personalised approach in all aspects of our work.

We are recruiting a Service Delivery Lead to join our IT team, who will be influential in shaping and delivering our services and strategy.

**What you will be doing?**

Taking the lead, you will work with the wider team to identify opportunities to deliver new and enhance existing services and approaches. You will support the organisation with the design and delivery of IT projects that help Connection Support to transform and grow.

You will support the creation and implementation of IT policies and take an active role in championing information security. Ensuring value for money, quality of service, and the smooth running of systems, you will engage with suppliers, take part in service reviews, collate reports, and support with reviewing and researching new services where necessary.

This role is permanent working 37.5 hours per week, attracting a salary of £33,570 - £37,179, dependent on experience.

This role will mainly be hybrid/remote work, with occasional visits to any of our offices in Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and Milton Keynes.

**What do we need from you?**

Using your broad knowledge, open approach, and passion for technology, you understand the benefit that the right technologies can have in supporting people and organisations. You like to think outside the box and look for creative or unusual solutions.

Your experience gives you a strong understanding of IT systems, IT architecture, the IT industry, and technological changes and trends. You will also understand and be passionate about the need for recording, reviewing, and monitoring progress and services.

You are proficient in Word and Excel and have experience with a wide variety of Microsoft Technologies. Ideally, you will also have a strong working knowledge of Office 365, Azure, Intune and SharePoint, although this is not essential.

Above all, you are passionate about our mission, vision, and values, and want to make a difference.

We have been named as one of the top 25 charities to work for in the UK by Best Companies. The wonderful people at Connection Support are committed to supporting everyone in our society to become safely and sustainably housed, and to live as independently as possible, so you will be joining an organisation that makes a difference to its communities and will also support your development, offer extensive training, and truly value your dedication and commitment.

We also offer 30 days annual leave (pro rata for part time), plus bank holidays, sick pay, and an enhanced benefits package which includes cover on health benefits, the ability to sell a week's annual leave, eco travel incentives, childcare discounts, retail discounts and much more.

Connection Support is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.

Connection Support is committed to being a proactively inclusive organisation and ensuring good EDEI practice is embedded in the workplace culture.
