The Osler Origin will offer a wide portfolio of diagnostic tests and serve all major healthcare settings, globally.

The Osler Origin is powered by a portfolio of novel techniques and approaches for sample addition, microfluidic sample preparation, and electrochemical biosensing, and Osler was formed out of the University of Oxford in 2017, following decades of research.

Having recently completed an $85m Series C fundraise, we are now entering a growth phase, where we are scaling our team as we take the Osler Origin product through regulatory activities, and towards market launch.

There is an exciting new role within the Programme Delivery Practice to lead the delivery of Osler's medical device new product development programme, from concept development to commercialization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the delivery of Osler's medical device new product development programme
- Use pragmatic and effective project delivery methodologies and tools to drive the right work, by the right people, at the right time
- Promote ways of working to enable collaboration, team learning, fast feedback and agility in a complex, fast paced product development environment
- Establish and maintain value-add plans, supported by efficient routines and reporting cycles, to keep work moving and aligned to the programme
- Coordinate multidisciplinary development teams, QA, RA, production and commercial teams to support compliant product development in line with UK, EU and US regulatory standards

**Skills and Experience**:
**Essential**
- 8+ years experience in Med Tech with experience working on medical device / IVD product development projects.
- Proven experience in multidisciplinary product development teams to deliver product - preferably including science, software, electromechanical engineering and product design functions
- Experience working within ISO 13485 and knowledge of QMS frameworks for medical device development and manufacture
- Demonstrated experience of Design Control through product development
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to deal with competing priorities, strong reasoning, detail oriented and creative problem-solving ability is essential
- Ability to work on teams with aggressive timelines and to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)

**Desirable**
- Application of Agile project management methodology, Lean or Six Sigma approaches
- Experience in organising and running design and development phase reviews
- Concurrent delivery of multiple, complex, product development projects
- Worked in a start-up or small business where systems are still developing
- Supported or participated in regulatory audits and preparation of submissions
