Accounts Administrator

Job Overview:
**Duties**:
- Process accounts invoices using nursery management software
- Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
- Generate financial reports for review by management
- Debt management and reporting
- Extracting registers and updating occupancy
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
**Skills**:
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Good understanding of excel needed
- Good customer service and attention to detail
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: £10.44-£11.00 per hour
Expected hours: 18 per week
