Churchill College is one of the thirty-one Colleges of the University of Cambridge. The College is situated just outside the city centre on a superb 50 acre site, comprising residential accommodation, central communal and office spaces, educational and sports facilities. The College is proud of its spacious campus and excellent facilities and it is a priority to ensure that the estate is maintained to the highest standards of safety, service and sustainability. A large proportion of work on the estate is handled in-house by our skilled Maintenance team of electricians, plumbers, carpenters and general operatives.

We are now looking to fill the newly created role of Estates and Operations Administrator. This role will provide administrative support across the Estates and Operations Directorate, in particular to the Maintenance and Safety and Compliance teams. You will be assisting with the coordination and tracking of key processes, including health and safety audits and inspections and the allocation of maintenance tasks. You will also be dealing with financial paperwork, processing purchase orders, invoices etc.

To succeed in the role you will be organised in approach, have an eye for detail and good written and verbal communication skills. If you enjoying making sure that data is well-organised, that processes are run efficiently and on time and you like working with a variety of teams in a friendly community then this is the role for you.

This is full time role, working 37.5 hours per week. The College supports flexible and hybrid working and job share may be considered.

Interviews will be held Monday 15th and/or Wednesday 17th July 2024.
